On Thursday, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has acknowledged Andrew Ferguson the necessary authorities to comply with President Donald Trump’s administrative order, which reduces the DEI program of federal agencies.

“President Trump promised to the American people to end it. He did it with three amazing presidential orders,” Ferguson wrote in X. DEI at FTC does not affect employment.

On the same day, Ferguson has decided on a series of actions to purge DEI -related Initiative FTCs at FTC. On Thursday, FTC approved the motion by 2-1-2 voting and gave Ferguson the necessary authority to do it. Committee member Rebecca K. Slor and Lina M. Khan did not participate in the voting.

FTC is only one of many federal agencies that have been deleted with DEI -related programs after President Donald Trump has regained the White House this week.

Trump signed a presidential order on Monday to eliminate all the DEI programs from the federal government.
