Product, automobile and food recalls are sometimes issued to warn consumers about possible safety issues.
Over the month, consumers were informed of a variety of products placed under the recall, including certain ready-to-eat foods and cucumbers that could be contaminated with bacteria. Various auto companies, such as Ford, Toyota and Volvo, have also launched recalls to fix the issue with certain models of the vehicle.

Concerns about possible listeria monocytogen contamination drove fresh foods to imagine ready-to-eat sandwiches and snacks on May 10th.
The affected products that did not require additional dishes were “used” with dates from April 22nd to May 19th, and included Brands Fresh & Ready Foods, City Point Market Fresh Food of Go and Fresh Take Crave Away.

Cucumber
The cucumbers, grown by Bedner Growers and distributed through the sale of fresh start produce, have been recalled as the FDA investigated the outbreak of salmonella associated with vegetables.
According to the FDA, the trio of fresh locations at Bedner Farm in South Florida sold some of the cucumbers that may have been contaminated between April 29th and May 14th.
Others have been sent to retailers, distribution centers, wholesalers and food service distributors.

Since “we further processed the cucumbers by using them as ingredients in new products or repackaging them,” the FDA has issued its own company.
The FDA recommended that consumers throw away the cucumbers and ask about the source of the cucumber when eating out if they are not sure if they can be born from a Bedner grower. If they buy cucumbers from Bedner Growers, they need to thoroughly clean any of those that have come into contact with them.
Pole Star
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced that over 27,800 Polestar 2 electric vehicles are ongoing in early May from the 2021-2025 model.
The electric vehicle manufacturer said in its recall report that the vehicle could have “visualization issues” on the contrary with its rear-camera display.

Polestar said it is outputting software updates to fix the issue that is causing it in recalled vehicles.
The owner’s notification is expected to occur in mail on June 19th.
Zoox
On May 6, Zoox announced a recall of its Autonomous Driving System (ADS) equipped with a software version released before April 17th. The Amazon-owned Robotaxi maker deployed a software update to Robotaxis in April.
According to the NHTSA recall report, a version of the ads previously installed on an affected Zoox vehicle could cause another vehicle to slowly approach in certain circumstances and “make inaccurate predictions” when it interfered with its ability to “avoid a crash” in certain circumstances.

Zoox said it “want to demonstrate our commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance and the safety of the riders in the communities we serve.”
Before the recall, there was a Zoox Robotaxi without a collision in Las Vegas on April 8th and a passenger car that did not cause injuries.
Volvo

Waymo
Waymo deployed updated software for advertising on roughly 1,200 unmanned vehicles late last year to address the detection and response issues of chains, gates and other similar road barriers.
According to the NHTSA Recall Report, it issued a recall of an already updated ad this month to “meet relevant regulatory reporting obligations.”

Ford
According to the NHTSA, Ford issued 273,800 expeditions and a recall of the Lincoln Navigator SUV as the front brake line could “contact and break down and cause brake fluid leakage and reduced brake function.”
It is estimated that only 1% of vehicles recalled are affected by this issue.

Toyota
In mid-May, Toyota recalled a reverse light fault that could malfunction over 443,000 tundra and tundra hybrid trucks from Model 2022-2025.
“Due to the intrusion of moisture over time, both reverse lamps in the subject could stop working,” the carmaker said. “If this occurs, the rear driver view may be limited when backing up during low ambient light conditions and there may be no signs to others that the vehicle is operating in reverse. This could increase the risk of a crash.”

The NHTSA recall report lists the owner’s notification dates from June 30th to July 14th.
Affected owners will need to bring the vehicle to the dealer. At the dealer, the dealer will install a “improved” reverse ramp assembly and fix the assembly wire harness if the issue causes corrosion. Both services are free.
Igloo cooler
