Lewis doesn’t understand why the team opted for a sprint-out pass to Andrews when they could have simply turned around and given him the ball. derrick henry.
“You know, you’re paying a 250, 260-pound running back,” he said. “That doesn’t make sense.”
After Andrews dropped Jackson’s pass, Baltimore was unable to take the ensuing onside kick…and Buffalo continued to run out the clock.
Lewis said things could have turned out much differently if Henry had gotten the ball or if the team had simply opted for the runs designed by Jackson.
“At least do that,” the former Ravens tailback said. “Don’t put it in the air. You know what I mean?”

The decision wasn’t the only thing that upset Lewis. He also thought the team should have kicked an extra point instead of going for two points after scoring an early TD.
But the 45-year-old Jackson is still optimistic, telling us the Ravens will bounce back next season…they just have to stay healthy.
