Advances next summer, in Canada, Mexico and the United States, the US is holding an improved 32-team FIFA Club World Cup in 11 cities across the country this summer.
“For a month, the best player in the world, the best club in the world, is to decide whether the club will be the real world championship for the club,” FIFA President Gianni Infantino told Fox Sports’ Alexi Lalas earlier this month. “Not only the national team, but the club. It was around the time someone created a new Club World Cup, right?”

Among the stars competing at the FIFA Club World Cup are Lionel Messi, Harry Kane, Osmane Dembele, Weston McKenney and Denzeldan Fleece.
The confirmed matches for 16 rounds are:
Saturday, June 28th
Palmeiras vs. Botafogo (3pm ET) – Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia
Paris Saint Gelmain vs Intermiami cf (7pm) – Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta
Sunday, June 29th
Flamengo vs. Bayern Munich (3pm ET) – Hard Rock Stadium, Miami
Benfica vs Chelsea (7pm) – Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte
Monday, June 30th
Inter Milan vs. Fulminence (3pm ET) – Charlotte, Bank of America
Tuesday, July 1st
